GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
MOLYSLIP OGS is a heavy dark brown lubricant which quickly dries to an extremely tenacious
lubricating and protective film.

PERFORMANCE AND USAGE:
Available in both bulk and aerosol form (with diluent), it is immediately ready for use and easy to
apply. With the addition of diluent it can be dispensed through automatic lubrication systems.
MOLYSLIP OGS has extremely good penetrating qualities, it is unaffected by adverse weather and
severe marine conditions, and resistant to most aqueous solutions of acids and alkalis. As such it is
to be recommended for wire rope dressing, where complete lubrication penetration and
protection from wear and corrosion are essential. Its non-fling quality offers considerable
advantages for this type of application.

EXTRA INFORMATION:
It is a colloidal suspension of molybdenum disulphide fortified with chlorine and zinc compounds,
and is especially suitable for slow-moving heavily loaded gears. It will not fling off and reduces
wear and noise. The drag normally experienced with the more conventional bituminous lubricants
is considerably reduced, and starting torques are held to a minimum.
